After a few miscues, we’ve got to be truthful, we finally have our signature burger down. A beautiful boneless and skinless piece of chicken is lovingly hand marinated with our spice mix. Since we are in Singapore and I am not from Philadelphia I made what I thought was a good representation of the Philly Cheesesteak, but I was told two things from a native of Philadelphia; one) our cheesesteak doesn’t taste like the original, and two) don’t change it because it’s too damn good Taking this advice to heart, we humbly offer you the Singapore Cheesesteak.
