Not too many eating establishments have a section just for fries. We do.
In the past, we were well known for our Cajun (spicy) fries. So much so that we went through over 24 tonnes of fries in one month. Well, that was then, and this is now. Some of the brands that used to be available are no longer. Go figure. Let’s blame it on the pandemic. However, we have, after a lot of feedback (negative) searched out the available brands now available and believe we are back to our “normal” At least the feedback is mostly positive now. You let us know.

Okay, in America, cheese fries were originally fries with real cheddar cheese melted all over them. Yes, the cheese would get harder or solidify as it cooled, but it’s what we grew accustomed too. Well, you, that’s the general you, have told us you don’t like the real cheddar cheese because it’s hard and difficult to chew. So, we are switching over to real mozzarella cheese which only gets chewy when it cools. Ready? Bite!
